Hi everyone, After reading and listening to this information, I just thought everyone who buys cosmetics from small

independent cosmetic companies should read and listen to this. I think you will find it as outrageous attack on todays

small business the likes that have never been seen before in history. If you buy and enjoy anything from a small

company ranging from the small soap company set up at craft show to a slightly larger company making a few million

dollars. This new preposed law would effectively close down many of your favorite independent beauty brands and

severely limit new companies in the future. I ask anyone and everyone to post and spread the word of this attack on

the small business of the United States. This yet another form of corporate welfare and unfair competition bought and

paid for by big business and executed with the assistance of our government.This extremely unfair law would

virtually eliminate creativity from the industry and almost all competition big business. Please post this comment and
