I used to have really nice skin, but 5 years ago I was diagnosed with a thyroid disorder called Hypothyroidism, which means that my thyroid doesn't function properly. Well, let me tell you, it wrecks havoc on your hair, nails, and skin. Especially your skin! I once had clear skin, now my facial skin is really quite dry and flaky. Yeah, I know the title is cheesy as hell, but how often can I get away with that one? Anyhoo... My first child wasn't breast fed and so far she's made it through nine years pretty okay. But my last (maybe, we're still in "discussion") was breast fed until he was 23 months old. I know, right? What the hell was I thinking?
